Our Fellows

Apollo Rydzik is a PhD Student in the Department of Sociology at Stanford University, where he is a Graduate Public Service Fellow at the Stanford Haas Center. Apollo is also a recipient of the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program. Apollo attended Foothill Community College, where he earned his A.A. in Sociology before transferring to Stanford and receiving his B.A. with honors in Sociology. Apollo’s research interests include (im)migration, intersectionality, community-based methods, and transgender studies, with a specific focus on stratification within U.S. transgender populations and gender non-conforming (im)migrants.
